Jim Crawford joined Foulger-Pratt Management in 2012 as a Senior Property Manager with responsibility for the Maryland North portfolio. The Maryland North portfolio consists of approximately 1 million square feet of commercial office, medical and retail space. The portfolio has included a LEED Platinum and 2 LEED Gold office buildings and an IGCC Certified mixed-use property.
Mr. Crawford has been involved in commercial and residential real estate since 1988. He has worked extensively with all commercial property types and classes throughout the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area and the mid-Atlantic Region. He has managed over 160 properties and close to 2,000 residential units working for both owners and 3rd party clients.
Mr. Crawford holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from West Liberty University and he has achieved the LEED Green Associate designation from USGBC, the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from IREM, Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation from ICSC and the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the BOMI Institute. Mr. Crawford is also a licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland and Virginia and he has served on the Boards of Directors for IREM Ch. 8, IREM Ch. 92, the Property Managers Association (PMA) and the Golden Triangle Business Improvement District.
