About Me
Jamie Chapman has over 17 years of experience in land development and has been with Foulger Pratt since 2019. As a Development Manager, Jamie performs due diligence, coordinates entitlement and permitting processes, manages development budgets, and provides construction management support. He also brings to the role his experience in conceptual site planning and civil engineering design.
Prior to joining Foulger Pratt, Jamie worked as an entitlement planner in Maryland, where he entitled Foulger Pratt deals, Hardwood Flats and The Rae. Additionally, he worked as an environmental planner in California writing Environmental Impact Reports. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University.
